CPBL 402: Strategic Planning for Community Organizations
Master the tools and frameworks for strategic planning within community-serving organizations. From stakeholder analysis to resource allocation, students learn to create actionable strategic plans that align organizational mission with community needs. Includes real-world case studies from nonprofit and public-sector leadership.
CPBL 403: The Leadershift - Transforming Communities Through Adaptive Practice
An advanced exploration of how leaders navigate systemic change and drive community transformation. This course examines power dynamics, coalition building, and the art of leading through uncertainty. Students engage with contemporary case studies and develop a personal change-leadership project.
