Thank you for modeling transparency and reflection!

Your scores reflect an incredibly balanced and well-integrated leadership profile, with standout strengths in Relationship (19) and Process (20)—a powerful combination. It shows that you not only care deeply about people, but also about how things get done. That’s the heartbeat of healthy leadership: honoring both the human and structural sides of influence.

Your interpretation is spot-on. The emphasis on open, frequent communication, mutual respect, and shared values highlights a leader who sees leadership not as a top-down directive, but as a shared endeavor. This is exactly the kind of relational credibility and structural clarity that builds trust, cultivates engagement, and drives sustainable impact.

It’s also worth noting that your Traits, Ability, Skill, and Behavior scores are consistently strong, which means your leadership isn’t overly weighted in one area. You bring depth, agility, and alignment—exactly what modern teams need.

Can’t wait to see how your Relationship + Process strength continues to shine throughout this program!
