My results made me chuckle as I consider all of these emphases necessary at this stage of my life. It's also why I flunked every multiple-choice test ever given because I can always see where something may come into play 🙂

I was not surprised at the balance of people and process. That is where I function the best and see the most results. I'm a split between the left and right brain, so this emphasis definitely appeals to me as a leader and a follower. 

I can tolerate any behavior as long as I know you are all in with the mission and open to development. I hypothesize that my Trait score was not as high since this week's reading discussed traits as something you are born with. So, I know that bias was in my mind when ranking these choices.
