I'm not sure If I'm putting this in the right place but I don't see a week 2 board?  

What score did you receive and why?
My scores from the Leadership Trait Questionnaire show that I’m strong in traits like being articulate (22), self-confident (23), self-assured (22), trustworthy (25), and dependable (25). These traits really highlight my ability to communicate clearly and build trust with others. I also scored high on friendliness (20) and conscientiousness (20), which shows I value relationships and put a lot of effort into my work. On the other hand, my scores for perceptiveness (21) and sensitivity (20) show there’s some room to grow in being more aware of and responding to others’ emotions.

What did you learn about yourself because of taking this survey?
This survey confirmed what I already know about my strengths—like being dependable and trustworthy—but it also gave me insight into areas where I could improve. For example, I realized that I need to work on being more tuned in to the unspoken needs or emotions of my team members. While I feel confident and driven, I could do a better job of picking up on subtle cues and adjusting my approach when needed.

What modifications or enhancements will you make to be a better team leader in the workplace?
To grow as a leader, I’m going to focus on improving my ability to really “read the room” and connect more deeply with my team. This means listening more carefully, asking questions to get better feedback, and taking more time to notice how people are feeling. I’ll also push myself to be even more determined by staying focused on goals, even when things get tough. Overall, I want to keep building on my strengths while becoming a more empathetic and responsive leader

What did you learn about yourself because of taking this survey? 

In the survey, I learned about the areas that I need to improve and become a better leader.  I have to  practice empathy and offer compassionate guidance. Being self-aware and having the ability to connect with others on an emotional level helps in addressing their needs more effectively. 

What modifications or enhancements will you make to be a better team leader in the workplace?

I will cultivate self-awareness, enhance relationship building, and improve delegation and empowerment within the workplace.  I will encourage innovation and creativity and prioritize work-life balance in the office.  I will focus on being more like a coach not just a leader.

@infoprestiziainsurance-com Your scores highlight some great strengths, like being self-assured and trustworthy. You also mentioned focusing on empathy and compassionate guidance as areas for growth. How do you plan to practice and integrate empathy into your daily interactions at work, and do you anticipate any challenges in balancing that with the confidence and persistence you already exhibit?
