Hello tremendous cohort; I came across a fantastic quote while reviewing a colleague's doctoral dissertation:
A careful deciphering of the diverse parameters led to crafting a new term, “the leadership recipe” that entails guidance, supervision, empowerment, motivation, teamwork, influence, change management, modeling, encouragement, and focus (Alayoubi et al., 2020; Ali & Anwar, 2021; Renz et al., 2024). How each leader mixes their leadership recipe is contextual and subjective as one attempts to resolve a puzzle.
Here's to crafting our own tremendous leadership recipes!

While context dependent, I feel the soup ingredients I enjoy the most are empowerment, motivation, teamwork, modeling and encouragement.
