Hello CBPL 401 Cohort!
I’m Dr. Tracey C. Jones, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be learning alongside you during this transformational leadership journey.
A little about me personally—I live in beautiful Pennsylvania with my husband, Mike, and our very lively crew of two rescue kitties, two sister Australian Shepherds, and a Chow mix. My background includes a career in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer, followed by corporate leadership roles in high-tech, defense contracting, and publishing. I now serve as the President of Tremendous Leadership, a legacy business founded by my late father, Charlie "Tremendous" Jones. We are a publishing company and leadership development firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations lead with integrity, purpose, and impact. I also coach and consult through my T3 Solutions, Inc. enterprise.
Leadership Role:
I currently serve as the CEO of Tremendous Leadership, leading a small but mighty team of creatives, coaches, and content developers. I also work as a Certified Professional Business Coach, helping others discover their unique calling and implement business transformation strategies rooted in values, mission, and excellence.
Leadership Aspirations:
In the next three years, I hope to:
-
Expand our leadership training programs nationally and internationally
-
Coach and mentor a new wave of emerging leaders through our SPARK and Followership frameworks
-
Serve on select nonprofit boards where I can steward meaningful impact
-
Continue speaking to organizations about the tremendous power of followership, legacy, and moral clarity in leadership
Defining Success:
Success for me looks like:
-
Building a thriving, aligned team that is fully empowered and joyfully engaged in our mission
-
Witnessing transformation in the lives of those I coach, publish, and teach
-
Staying grounded in my faith and focused on long-term, eternal impact—not just temporary gains
I’m grateful to be in this course with such a dedicated cohort of professionals, and I look forward to hearing about your journeys as well. Let’s make these eight weeks truly tremendous!
Warmly,
Tracey
