Hello everyone,
My name is Dr. Tracey Jones, and I'm thrilled and honored to kick off this first-ever CPBL cohort! I'm the President of Tremendous Leadership and T3 Solutions, Inc., where I've dedicated over 40 years to leadership development, helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential and inspire growth. My journey has taken me from the USAF as a fighter aircraft maintenance officer to global corporate roles in high tech, defense contracting, and national security to becoming an advocate for small businesses, where I've seen firsthand the immense power of resilience and adaptability.
Alongside my work in leadership, I'm a passionate writer and educator. I've published numerous books on leadership, motivation, and resilience, and I'm thrilled to be here to share insights from my own experiences and connect with each of you. I recently earned the Certified Professional Business Leader designation. As an adjunct faculty member, I was honored to receive the Excellence in Teaching Award from the American College of Financial Services. My background is rooted in corporate and educational spaces, where I emphasize experiential learning and value the intellectual, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of teaching—the "three-legged stool" of logos, pathos, and ethos.
I live in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with my husband, Mike, and we share a deep love of adventure. I'm also an avid traveler, having recently returned from an inspiring journey in Greece, where I followed the Apostle Paul's missionary path. I enjoy connecting with new cultures, exploring meaningful history, and discussing faith, leadership, and personal growth.
One of my favorite quotes comes from my father, Charlie "Tremendous" Jones: "You'll be the same person five years from now that you are today except for two things. The people you meet and the books you read." I want to encourage each of you to push through challenges and unlock the greatness within you.
