I didn't read through the requirements closely enough so my apologies for the late post here!
I decided to take this designation because I saw first hand how exceptional the CLF at the American College is. I'm fortunate enough to get to meet with Jim every week and I recently felt as though I was stagnating. The CPBL seemed like a great way to move forward and meet some people who I would generally not get a chance to meet. I'm so happy that I made the decision and I feel very fortunate to get to take this class with all of you. Thank you for making me a better person and leader! I'm already leveraging these courses into my current work and I will continue to use it as I make my future career decisions.
A little known fact about me is that I lived in Los Angeles for 10 years and played in a band called The Whiskey Saints and later changed our name to Burning Jet Black. I was the bass player, backing singer, and audio engineer for some of the recordings that we did.
