1. My average personal score was a 4.9 and by raters average was 5. I had previous and peers and new colleagues do the questionnaire.
2. It validated a number of areas that I tend to be more critical in because of previous experiences. Over the years I have done assessments like these and with peers as rating me as well and used it as a tool for my development. In my mind, I have made progress but always feel that I can learn something new.
3. I will continue to work on those areas I rated myself a 4 to get to a 5 in my own mind. But also I think it is good to reassess myself now that I am in a different role than I was form many years.
