What score did you receive and why?
- As my followers is 33 or high. I foster team collaboration and empower them to think outside the box in a safe environment.
- As my leaders, is 15 or low. There is limited trust or trust concept in the workplace.
What did you learn about yourself because of taking this survey?
- Each of the LMX survey questions is a great way to improve as a leader to empower the team members.
What modifications or enhancements will you make to be a better team leader in the workplace?
- Ask the right questions from my followers to understand what motivates them, what the issues are, and how to resolve these issues.
- Trust goes a long way, but it is a two-way street. I can’t do that by myself, but I will do my best.
