John, these modifications and enhancements you listed are tremendous ways to inspire and train your followers! Regarding point 3, I have heard many leaders state that curiosity is one of the keys to success. When we are curious, we tend to be very open to others' input, including our followers. And when they see you asking questions and gathering input, that shows them that's the expectation and frees them to do the same!
