I received 49 (Indep thinking) and 44 (Active engagement) which is Exemplary Followership.
This is consistent with the values I have and what I wish to convey as a leader to my teams. I sometimes wonder if I am being too strong in my opinion on actions, yet the survey results from my team indicate they are perfectly fine pushing back, questioning or offering their own ideas. That is great news!
