I have a high score in technical and conceptual skills but a low score in human skills. The human skills take time if I am not in the weeds of fixing things. I need to have my hands off and eyes on when I am holding my direct reports accountable. But at the same time, keep an eye on if they are on track or need help.
I suspect that higher scores of technical and conceptual skills. To modify, I need to pay more attention to human skills by asking questions and asking what they need.
Chia-Li, I'd argue your score is not 'low' but yes, sure, below the others. For as much as I know you now, I'd say you are not lacking in human skills but perhaps it's just more work for you e.g., you have to put more effort in it than the others as behaviors (DISC), eh? Don't dwell on it...focus on your your strengths above all! Cheering/Boomer
