Tony Creed, BBA, EMBA, DBA, CFC, CPBC

Tony Creed is a retired Naval Officer and former CEO, COO, CFO, CAO, Director, Executive Director, and Associate Medical Center Director of several public, private, and non-profit organizations with as many as 6000 employees and operating budgets greater than $1.25 billion.

He currently serves as founder and CEO of ARCCO Enterprises where he has overseen the formation, acquisition, and growth of an enterprise of 50 franchise salons representing three brands across three states. He also serves as Managing Director of CSS & Associates, a Healthcare Finance consulting firm with contracts in VA Medical Centers helping to establish strategic and budget planning processes, and CFO coaching - most recently a Medical Center with over a $2 billion budget.

Tony has also served as CEO of Eurostandard in Kyiv, Ukraine, where he reengineered a company to support the largest bank in Ukraine with ancillary services across six different product lines in over 1,000 bank locations. His strength in leadership helped to establish a Western-style values-based business model that attracted some of Ukraine’s top talent.

Tony and his wife, April, have two children and four grandchildren. They currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Burnsville, North Carolina.
