Possessing the winning mentality of a pro athlete and owning the attitude of a victor from many military operations, Leadership is my passion and forte. NEVER give up, NEVER give in, ALWAYS give for others. Now I'm for giving back as I learned how it's lonely at the top. A leader alone with self-doubts, second-guessing, and wonder cannot easily inspire others to follow. That is the value of having an external coach and confidante in a leader's corner helping to raise performance and effectiveness to the next level. I am drawn and driven to take my life to the next level through these opportunities. The absolute best teacher has been experience and now giving back to others seeking a higher level of living and performing well involves qualifying life through professional and personal relationships. Influencing a higher performing level of leadership, aiding better business acumen, and leading a better life all in an environment of change and rolling crises, are things I have learned through experience, training, and relationships. Earned upgraded Certified Professional Master Business Coach (CPMBC) designation from the Professional Business Coaches Alliance (PBCA) in October 2023.
