The focus includes three strategic priorities: (1) upgrading the learning management system (LMS) for quality and accessibility, (2) creating unique case-based content drawn from faculty leadership experience, and (3) executing a targeted promotional strategy to reach key financial services firms. The plan also outlines dual delivery formats—traditional 3x8-week and one-week accelerated cohorts—to serve both emerging and experienced leaders.
