Not having specific core values from Alex makes using Dr. John DeMartini's 13 questions a bit of a guessing game. I love how you identify the specific tools, such as Self-Reflection and Authenticity, Storytelling and Communication, and Lead by Example, to help Alex self-discovery. One of the most interesting areas was to "align with Organizational Culture." I have not considered "what culture I want to create." That is an excellent point, John.
