Since you are a business owner, I can only imagine how difficult it can be to loosen the reigns and empower others to make decisions on your behalf. I don't own my own business but I know that if I did, I would certainly have a hard time with it. I already have a hard time with it and I just have to deal with ownership of certain tasks and duties! Wishing you the best on this journey and I'm looking forward to hearing more about how your approach changes throughout these courses.
